International Workshop on Robotics and Automation

One-day international workshop co-organized with IEEE RAS NZ Chapter, CLAWAR Association, University of Canterbury and University of Lincoln.

The purpose of this workshop is to provide New Zealand researchers, scientists and engineers a forum to present their latest research findings and participate in discussions in an informal setting. This forum provides an ideal opportunity for postgraduate students to receive and contribute up-to-date knowledge of technology, applications and solutions. It features speakers from both the industry and the academic community, live demonstrations or exhibits of various mobile robotic systems and devices. Industry representatives are welcome to participate as well as exhibit products.

IEEE Robotics & Automation Society New Zealand Chapter and CLAWAR Association Ltd. encourage presentations in the areas of, but not limited to: robotics and automation and their applications to New Zealand industries.

ABSTRACT (limited to 1/2 page) containing the title, brief topical description and short biography should be emailed to Khaled Goher khaled.goher@lincoln.ac.nz or XiaoQi Chen xiaoqi.chen@canterbury.ac.nz by 10th June 2016.

Postgraduate students are welcome to present/demonstrate their work during this workshop.

NO registration fees (lunch and afternoon tea break will be provided).
