Reservation and payment procedure:
For the hotel booking and payment please use the procedure of online reservation:
- Register at our online reservation system and enter your Personal area using your login and password.
- Click “Hotel Accommodation”.
- Go to the section “Payments” and choose the way of payment.

Check-in time: after 14:00
Check-out time: before 12:00
If you want to stay before or/and after this period or in the rooms of other categories please contact forum manager. Hotel reservation will be confirmed ONLY after receiving first night prepayment.
Deadlines:
Reservation and payment deadline is August 09, 2020. After that date, hotel accommodation only upon request by e-mail: clawar2020@onlinereg.ru
Cancellation terms:
For cancellations received before and on August 14, 2020 the sum of payment will be refunded completely (minus banking costs). If cancellation is made after August 15, 2020 till your check-in date, the cost of one night stay and the amount of banking costs will be kept back. The rest of the payment will be reimbursed. All banking costs are covered by the participant.
