Preliminary instructions for Oral Presenters
Regular presentations: A 15-minutes slot is allocated to each regular oral presentation, of which 12 minutes are assigned to the presentation and 3 minutes to questions and discussion.
Keynote presentations: A 60-minutes slot is allocated to keynote presentations, of which 45 minutes are assigned to the presentation, and up to 15 minutes for questions and discussion.
Presenters and sessions chairs are advised to observe the above format strictly.
Preparation of Oral Presentations: To help us organize the material for use with the virtual platform, please use the following methods (in order of preference) for efficient speaker changeover, flexibility, and reliability:
Submit your PowerPoint presentation electronically through the conference email (clawar2020@clawar.org), at latest during the week commencing 17 August 2020.
