Reservation and payment procedure:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

For the hotel booking and payment please use the procedure of online reservation:<\/p>\r\n

  1. Register at our online reservation system<\/a> and enter your Personal area using your login and password.<\/li>\r\n
  2. Click \u201cHotel Accommodation\u201d.<\/li>\r\n
  3. Go to the section \u201cPayments\u201d and choose the way of payment.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

    Check-in time:<\/strong>\u00a0after 14:00<\/p>\r\n

    Check-out time:<\/strong>\u00a0before 12:00<\/p>\r\n

    If you want to stay\u00a0before or\/and after<\/strong>\u00a0this period or in the rooms of other categories please contact forum manager. Hotel reservation will be confirmed ONLY after receiving first night prepayment.<\/p>\r\n

    Deadlines:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

    Reservation and payment deadline is\u00a0August 09, 2020<\/strong>. After that date, hotel accommodation only upon request by e-mail:\u00a0clawar2020@onlinereg.ru<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\r\n

    Cancellation terms:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

    For cancellations received\u00a0before and on August 14, 2020<\/strong>\u00a0the sum of payment will be refunded completely (minus banking costs). If cancellation is made\u00a0after\u00a0August 15, 2020<\/strong>\u00a0till your check-in date, the cost of one night stay and the amount of banking costs will be kept back. The rest of the payment will be reimbursed. All banking costs are covered by the participant.<\/p>\r\n
