{"id":156,"date":"2016-12-11T09:51:55","date_gmt":"2016-12-11T09:51:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/clawar.org\/clawar2017\/?page_id=156"},"modified":"2022-01-20T13:33:33","modified_gmt":"2022-01-20T13:33:33","slug":"visa","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/clawar.org\/clawar2022\/attendees\/visa\/","title":{"rendered":"Visa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To view entry restrictions and COVID-19 travel requirements for countries around the world, please visit: <a id=\"LPlnk256000\" href=\"https:\/\/apply.joinsherpa.com\/map\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"0\">https:\/\/apply.joinsherpa.com\/map<\/a><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Schengen visa<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Schengen area is composed of the following countries:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxemburg, Malta, Norway, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A Schengen Visa is an authorization issued by one of the Member-States for the purpose of airport transit, transit or an intended short stay in a territory of one or more Member-States, allowing its holder to present him\/herself at the external frontier, but does not automatically guarantee his\/her respective entrance, which will be decided by the border authorities upon arrival.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The <strong>Schengen visa is a short-stay visa<\/strong> for a maximum period of ninety (90) days during any hundred and eighty (180) days period and can be granted for tourism, family visit, business, seasonal work, transit, among others.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A short-stay visa does not necessarily grant the holder the right to enter the Schengen area. Minors shall submit an application form signed by the person exercising permanent or temporary parental authority or legal guardianship.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Family members of EU citizens and Swiss citizens (spouse, dependent descendant or ascendant) should not fill in the fields with an asterisk (*) when exercising their right to freedom of movement.<\/p>\n<p>Application forms: <a href=\"https:\/\/vistos.mne.gov.pt\/en\/short-stay-visas-schengen\/general-information\/application-forms\">https:\/\/vistos.mne.gov.pt\/en\/short-stay-visas-schengen\/general-information\/application-forms<\/a><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Visa fees<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For each visa a fee is to be paid for the analysis of the application.
