Registration – CLAWAR 2025

Important note:

When you register as an author, please remember to state your Paper ID. If you have more than one paper, you can separate the numbers by a comma.

As long as you register before the deadline of July 15th, you are eligible to pay the amount for the early registration according to your membership status.

To register :

Download the CLAWAR 2025 Registration Form and fill it in.
Email the completed form to the CLAWAR2025@SZTU.EDU.CN

Delegates requiring entry visa to China are requested to obtain a letter of invitation from the conference organisation in support of their visa application by emailing the conference secretariat at (clawar2025@sztu.edu.cn).

Important notes:

(1) Conference Delegate/Author Fee:

At least one presenting author of a paper must register for the conference no later than 15 July 2025. Otherwise, the author’s submitted paper will be withdrawn and will not be published in the conference proceedings. Please note that the registration fee entitles an author to two published papers; any additional paper with the same registered author is charged the Additional Paper Fee of £100/paper.
The conference author/delegate fee entitlements include:

Conference Proceedings in soft copy
Attendance at the Official Opening and Closing Ceremonies
Entry to Technical Sessions of the Conference

(2) Conference Student Fee:

Students must provide a letter from their supervisor or Head of Department/Division certifying their full-time student status. The conference student fee entitlements include all items listed under (1) above.
