CLAWAR 2024 warmly invites proposals for half-day special sessions and workshops. Special sessions and workshops will be held along with the main conference at the same venue as the conference. The primary criteria for selection are the anticipated level of interest, the potential impact, and the confirmed invited speakers.<\/p>\n

For special sessions<\/strong>, a one-page proposal is required and should consist of\u00a0the following elements:<\/p>\n

  1. Title.<\/li>\n
  2. Organizers (Names, affiliations, emails), specifying one\u00a0corresponding organizer.<\/li>\n
  3. Description of the special session, 500 words maximum. Includes motivations for\u00a0the special session, the names of invited speakers (if any), paper\u00a0submission plan (dates, paper length, ..), etc.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    For tutorials<\/strong>, a one-page proposal is required and should consist of\u00a0the following elements:<\/p>\n

    1. Title<\/li>\n
    2. Presenters (short biography of each)<\/li>\n
    3. Table of contents<\/li>\n
    4. Suggested format (lecturing\/interactive)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
