The technical program of the CLAWAR 2024 will feature the latest, high-quality research in the area of climbing and walking robots. It will be organized in\u00a0plenary, regular and special\/invited sessions. The conference proceedings will be published in the Springer\u2019s Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems series and indexed in Scopus.<\/p>\n

Submission<\/h3>\n

The conference contributions, the review process, and the proceedings publication is organized using the EasyChair System by Springer. We cordially invite all authors to submit their papers in PDF format using the paper style and format templates available for download below. For contribution, please submit Full Draft Papers as well as Special Session Papers in PDF format directly through the link below by the indicated deadline.<\/p>\n

Please note that you have to first register and\/or log in to the EasyChair submission system before being able to contribute to CLAWAR 2024.<\/p>\n


Final Submission<\/h2>\n

The submission deadline for the final camera-ready papers is June 15, 2024, as well as the early bird (reduced fee) registration.
To hand in your accepted, camera-ready document<\/strong>, please make a compressed file archive (zip\/tar)<\/strong> with the following three includes:
(i)<\/strong> your revised camera-ready manuscript (as a pdf),
(ii)<\/strong> all the necessary source files of your manuscript including images, data-tables, a.s.o. (either as a zip-archive containing all the LaTeX sources, or as doc(x)-MS-Word document),
(iii)<\/strong> the correctly filled and signed Consent-to-Publish form by the authors of each paper (at least by the corresponding author)
Please name your overall archive accordingly to the paper ID (as an example, if the paper ID is #76, the file should be named 76.zip or 76.tar). Upload this compressed file before the deadline, using the following upload link:<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you wanna alter your final submission after your first uploading, you can simply upload it again using the identical name, the system will then automatically store a new, revised version of your zip\/tar-archive file.

Please note that
for your article to appear in the conference proceedings and to be included in the conference program it is required that at least one author of the paper registers for conference attendance and paper presentation (oral or as via poster)<\/p>\n

Full papers can be up to 12 pages<\/strong> in length including bibliography and appendices following these paper styles for LaTeX<\/a> or MS Word<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Copyright Form for Accepted Submissions<\/h3>\n

All accepted contributions have to be handed in in a camera-ready, corrected version according to the reviewers comments and along with the signed Contributor Agreement form<\/a><\/strong> (Consent-to-Publish).<\/p>\n

Review and Proceedings<\/h4>\n

Articles submitted for inclusion in the conference will be peer reviewed before acceptance. All accepted papers (subject to registration) will be published in the conference proceedings<\/strong> “Walking Robots into Real World<\/strong>“<\/em> and indexed in Scopus.<\/p>\n
