ICRES 2023 is the 8th issue of the International Conference Series on Robot Ethics and Standards. The conference will be organized in collaboration with the Utrecht University, The Netherlands, during 17 \u2013 18 July 2023. The ICRES conference series provides a multidisciplinary forum for discussing the fundamental and pressing safety, ethical, legal, and societal issues in robotics, autonomous systems and related technologies.
