The primary criteria for selection are the anticipated level of interest, the potential impact, and confirmed \/ invited speakers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For <strong>special sessions and workshops<\/strong>: a one-page proposal is required which must consist of the following elements<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Title.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Organizers (Names, affiliations, emails), specifying one&nbsp;corresponding organizer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Description of 500 words maximum to include: aims and objectives for&nbsp;the special session or workshop, names of confirmed \/ invited speakers (if any), session \/ workshop plan (dates, length of papers, format), etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For&nbsp;<strong>tutorials<\/strong>, a one-page proposal is required and should consist of&nbsp;the following elements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Title<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Presenters (short biography of each)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Table of contents<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Suggested format (lecturing\/interactive)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Submission<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Special session, workshop or tutorial proposals should be submitted in PDF format to the conference secretariat at <a href=\"mailto:icres2026@cranfield.ac.uk\">icres2026@cranfield.ac.uk<\/a>&nbsp;by <strong>20 April 2026 <\/strong>(Email Subject: Session\/Workshop\/Tutorial Proposal).
