Call for CLAWAR Late Breaking Results Posters: We invite contributions to the CLAWAR Late Breaking Results Poster Session. A panel will review submissions for suitability, and acceptance notifications will be issued promptly. If accepted, at least one author must register for the conference and present the poster in person at the session. Please note these contributions are not peer-reviewed and do not qualify as official publications. The conference will be held at Shenzhen Technology University (SZTU). Submissions are welcome.

Poster Guidelines

• Language: English.

• Poster size: The dimension of the poster panel is 1.2m high x 0.9m wide.

• Template: This template (Click to download Poster Template) can be used for submission. The authors can also choose the format that best represents the research work.

• Submission: in PDF format (Please limit the PDF file size to 20 MB). Send the poster to clawar2025@sztu.edu.cn.

• Presentation: The organizing committee will print the poster for the authors.

About CLAWAR2025 (28th International Conference on Climbing and Walking Robots and the Support Technologies for Mobile Machines)

 CLAWAR 2025 will be held within the premises of Shenzhen Technology University, Shenzhen, China during 05 – 07 September 2025.

The conference will feature technical and social programs. The technical program will comprise plenary, regular, and special/invited sessions. All articles submitted for inclusion in the conference will be peer reviewed before acceptance. The conference proceedings will be published by Springer in the Springer’s Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems Series and indexed in SCOPUS, EI and Web of Science. It is envisaged that all accepted papers will appear in the conference proceedings, subject to registration of at least one author for presenting their paper. Moreover, extended versions of a selection accepted articles will be invited for considered for possible publication in the International Journal of Humanoid Robotics.

Scope

The CLAWAR conference series provides a multidisciplinary forum for discussing original contributions in the general area of mobile robotics, covering climbing, walking, flying robots with assistance and service provided to humans and machines.
