The technical program of the CLAWAR 2024 will feature the latest, high-quality research in the area of climbing and walking robots. It will be organized in plenary, regular and special/invited sessions. The conference proceedings will be published in the Springer’s Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems series and indexed in Scopus.

Submission

The conference contributions, the review process, and the proceedings publication is organized using the EasyChair System by Springer. We cordially invite all authors to submit their papers in PDF format using the paper style and format templates available for download below. For contribution, please submit Full Draft Papers as well as Special Session Papers in PDF format directly through the link below by the indicated deadline.

Template

Full papers can be up to 12 pages in length including bibliography and appendices following these paper styles for LaTeX or MS Word.

Copyright Form for Accepted Submissions

All accepted contributions have to be handed in in a camera-ready, corrected version according to the reviewers comments and along with the signed Contributor Agreement form (Consent-to-Publish).

Review and Proceedings

Articles submitted for inclusion in the conference will be peer reviewed before acceptance. All accepted papers (subject to registration) will be published in the conference proceedingsWalking Robots into Real World and indexed in Scopus.

A selection of the best conference contributions will be proposed for an extended version publication in the open access Sensors journal by MDPI including one full publication sponsoring by the journal for the selected best paper.
