When you register as an author, please remember to state your Paper ID. If you have more than one paper, you can separate the numbers by a comma.
After selecting your registration package, you will be able to pay using Credit Card or Direct Bank Transfer. Always make sure that your name is the same in the registration and in the payment forms.

Members referred to above, are CLAWAR-members. Students have to prove their status as a registered student through a certified letter from their supervisor/head of department

Important notes:
(1) Conference Delegate/Author Fee:
At least one presenting author of a paper must register for the conference no later than 15 June 2023. Otherwise, the author’s submitted paper will be withdrawn and will not be published in the conference proceedings. Please note that the registration fee entitles an author to two published papers; any additional paper with the same registered author is charged the Additional Paper Fee of £150/paper.
The conference author/delegate fee entitlements include:
- Conference Proceedings in soft copy
- Attendance at the Official Opening and Closing Ceremonies
- Entry to Special Sessions and workshops of the Conference
