The registration fees for CLAWAR 2017 are now available in the table below.
Important note: When you register as an author, please remember to state your Paper ID. If you have more than one paper, you can separate the numbers by a comma.
After selecting your registration package, you will be able to pay using Credit Card or Direct Bank Transfer. Always make sure that your name is the same in the registration and in the payment forms.
As long as you register before the deadline of May 3rd, you are eligible to pay the amount for the early registration according to your membership status.

(1) Conference Delegate/Author Fee:
At least one presenting author of a paper must register for the conference no later than 03 May 2017. Otherwise, the author’s submitted paper will be withdrawn and not be published in the conference proceedings. Please note that the registration fee entitles an author to two published papers; any additional paper with the same registered author is charged the Additional Paper Fee of £155.

(2) Conference Student Fee:
Students must provide a letter from their supervisor or head of Department/Division certifying their full-time student status.
The conference student fee entitlements include all items listed under (1) above.
One member of the team shall register as the team leader, and further members of the exhibition team can register at the specified rate.
The conference exhibition team leader fee entitlements include all items listed under (1) above. (4) Competition Team Leader and Member Fee:
One member of the team shall register as team leader, and further members of the competition team can register at the specified rate.
