Instructions for Authors

Submission

ICRES 2026 cordially invites all authors to submit Full Draft Papers and Special Session Papers by following the instructions set out below. All conference contributions, review process, and proceedings publication are organized using the EasyChair System. Authors must first register and/or log in to the EasyChair submission system in order to submit their contribution to ICRES 2026: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=icres2026

Final submission

The submission deadline for the final camera-ready papers is 01 July, 2026, the same deadline for early bird (reduced fee) registration.

To hand in your accepted, camera-ready document, please make a compressed file archive (zip/tar) with the following three includes:

(i) your revised camera-ready manuscript (as a PDF),

(ii) all the necessary source files of your manuscript including images, data-tables, a.s.o. (either as a zip-archive containing all the LaTeX sources, or as doc(x)-MS-Word document),

(iii) the correctly filled and signed Consent-to-Publish form by the authors of each paper (at least by the corresponding author)

Please name your overall archive to accord with the paper ID (as an example, if the paper ID is #76, the file should be named 76.zip or 76.tar). Upload this compressed file before the deadline, using the upload link: (will be provided)

If you want to update your final submission after your first upload, you can simply upload it again using the identical name, and the system will then automatically store a new, revised version of your zip/tar-archive file.

Please note:

For your paper to appear in the conference proceedings and to be included in the conference program, it is required that at least one author of the paper registers for conference attendance and paper presentation (oral or as via poster).
