The registration for CLAWAR 2016 is now open. The registration fees are detailed in the table below.
Important note: When you register as an author, please remember to state your Paper ID. If you have more than one paper, you can separate the numbers by a comma.

(1) Conference Delegate/Author Fee:
At least one presenting author of a paper must register for the conference no later than 01 May 2016. Otherwise, the author’s submitted paper will be withdrawn and not be published in the conference proceedings. Please note that the registration fee entitles an author to two published papers; any additional paper with the same registered author is charged the Additional Paper Fee of £155.

- Attendance at the Official Opening and Closing Ceremonies
- Entry to Technical Sessions of the Conference
- Entry to the CLAWAR 2016 Exhibitions and Robot Competition

- Conference Banquet
(2) Conference Student Fee:
Students must provide a letter from their supervisor or head of Department/Division certifying their full-time student status.
The conference student fee entitlements include all items listed under (1) above.
One member of the team shall register as team leader.
The conference exhibition team leader fee entitlements include all items listed under (1) above. (4) Exhibition Team non-Leader Fee:
Further members of the exhibition team can register at the specified rate. (5) Competition Team Leader and non-Leader Fee:
One member of the team shall register as team leader, and further members of the completion team can register at the specified rate.
The robot competition team leader fee and non-leader fee entitlements include:

Members of Exhibition/Completion team wishing also to act as authors, should pay the difference (at time of registration) between the Exhibition/Completion and author fees added to the higher fee of the two to be entitled for inclusion of two papers in their registration. For example, for Exhibition Team Leader (Member) also acting as author the registration fee before 25 April 2016 will be £535+(£535-£435)=£635 and after 25 April 2016 it will be £535+(£535-£500)=£670.
