The registration fees for CLAWAR 2018 are available in the table below.
Important note:
When you register as an author, please remember to state your Paper ID. If you have more than one paper, you can separate the numbers by a comma.
After selecting your registration package, you will be able to pay using Credit Card or Direct Bank Transfer. Always make sure that your name is the same in the registration and in the payment forms.
As long as you register before the deadline of July 23rd, you are eligible to pay the amount for the early registration according to your membership status.

(1) Conference Delegate/Author Fee:
At least one presenting author of a paper must register for the conference no later than 26 July 2018. Otherwise, the author’s submitted paper will be withdrawn and will not be published in the conference proceedings. Please note that the registration fee entitles an author to two published papers; any additional paper with the same registered author is charged the Additional Paper Fee of £200.

(2) Conference Student Fee:
Students must provide a letter from their supervisor or head of Department/Division certifying their full-time student status.
The conference student fee entitlements include all items listed under (1) above.
(3) Exhibition Team Leader Fee:
One member of the team shall register as the team leader, and further members of the exhibition team can register at the specified rate.
The conference exhibition team leader fee entitlements include all items listed under (1) above.
Members of Exhibition team wishing also to act as authors should pay the difference (at the time of registration) between the Exhibition and author fees added to the higher fee of the two to be entitled to inclusion of two papers in their registration.
