Please choose your Registration package carefully according to the guidelines given in the website of CLAWAR 2022.
All delegates should state their name and “CLAWAR2022” as a reference when making payment of their registration fees. This is to ensure the payment is recognized as CLAWAR2022 registration fee by the Bank.
Member refers to a member of CLAWAR Association.
Author Registration Fee applies to those delegates who are presenting paper(s) at the conference. Delegates in this category should state ID#(s) or their paper(s).
(1) Conference Delegate/Author Fee:
At least one presenting author of a paper must register for the conference no later than 17 June 2022. Otherwise, the author’s submitted paper will be withdrawn and will not be published in the conference proceedings. Please note that the registration fee entitles an author to two published papers; any additional paper with the same registered author is charged the Additional Paper Fee of £150/paper.
The conference author/delegate fee entitlements include:
- Conference Proceedings in soft copy
- Attendance at the Official Opening and Closing Ceremonies
- Entry to Technical Sessions of the Conference
(2) Conference Student Fee:
Students must provide a letter from their supervisor or Head of Department/Division certifying their full-time student status. The conference student fee entitlements include all items listed under (1) above.
Things to consider:
- The currency conversion is only an approximation and it is used here only for display purposes. The transaction is possible only in GBP.
- In order to avoid malfunctions of the payment service please do not use special characters in your name and/or address when you finalize the order.
