The 21st International Conference on Climbing and Walking Robots and Support Technologies for Mobile Machines (CLAWAR 2018), held within the premises of the Technological University of Panama, Panama, during 10–12 September 2018, continuing a series of successful events all over the world.

CLAWAR 2018 featured technical and social programs. The technical program comprised plenary, regular and special/invited sessions. All articles submitted for inclusion in the conference were peer-reviewed before acceptance.
